Unit 5: Feng Shui

 




I did not know the meaning of Feng Shui but after looking for information and reading the text of the unit i can have an idea. As the book says, it is the art of aligning things in the environment to create harmony and good luck. I think spirituality has its part too. Previously, I thoght that an experience I had when I used to go by walking to my job was a kind of Feng Shui... It was a man who used to put some candles in potatoes in front of his food store and did a kind of pray. Maybe as Feng Shui it was part of it and he was asking for prosperity.

Unir 1  The internet and others addictions Justt like Bill, i think there are lots of people having this kind of addictions. I can tell You My own experience because i' ve been there before, i know how it feels not to use the internet when you were used to. The sintoms could be almost the same as when you are depressed. The Internet and the other addiction

The internet addiction.       Fist of all, for me the internet is a new technology that has impacted the world and provided many benefits of its users. At the same time internet has had a negative impacts, some people are becoming preoccupied with the internet, are incapable to control their use. The internet has becoming a incontrolable addiction it can damage your family, work and you relationship. Some people think that internet addiction it isn’t real but for me it’s,  I often see how the families are destroyed due to this addiction because the husband is passing hours seeing pornography or the wife chat-room lovers,  also, people are loosing their life savings on gambling web sites online. In my opinion we needs to be careful in how we use the internet and for, because believe or not the internet can be a headache in your life or a benefit; it going to depend  on how you use and manage  it.

unit 3 the bold and the bashful.

Bashful people Shyness is a relatively stable trend that some people show because of social pressure, this causes their personality to change, shy people are usually only on one side, they are afraid to interact with people. Some characteristics of shy people are They don't like to express their feelings. They don't like to be the center of attention. They don't like feeling abandoned because they feel judged. We are not born shy, the environment and society make us shy.
