biography

Hello, my name is Yoselis Guzman Aquino. I am born on april 13, 1992, in Yaguate, San Cristobal. My parents are Carmito Guzman Aquino,who is a farmer and Susana Aquino Guzman, who is a housewife. I am the number four of sisters, their names are Isabel, Channela, Samilda, and Yojerli. I live in a countryside called Los Guzman in Yaguate, since I was born with my parents. I am single. I do not have baby but I have six nephew and two niece. I studied at the primary school Las Mercedes. I took my secondary studies at the Politecnico Ana Lillians Miranda in Yaguate, graduated from technician in accountancyin 2010. In 2011, I began my universitary studies at the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) in  Lic. Modern Language Mention English and I still cotinue studying there the same carrear.

Unir 1  The internet and others addictions Justt like Bill, i think there are lots of people having this kind of addictions. I can tell You My own experience because i' ve been there before, i know how it feels not to use the internet when you were used to. The sintoms could be almost the same as when you are depressed. You feel sad, alone, you don't want to eat, etc.  I asked some people what do they feel when they don't have data or internet and these were dime answerss: Rubí: I feel bored, i never know what to do.  Nairobi: I don't feel sad. The Internet and the other addiction

The internet addiction.       Fist of all, for me the internet is a new technology that has impacted the world and provided many benefits of its users. At the same time internet has had a negative impacts, some people are becoming preoccupied with the internet, are incapable to control their use. The internet has becoming a incontrolable addiction it can damage your family, work and you relationship. Some people think that internet addiction it isn’t real but for me it’s,  I often see how the families are destroyed due to this addiction because the husband is passing hours seeing pornography or the wife chat-room lovers,  also, people are loosing their life savings on gambling web sites online. In my opinion we needs to be careful in how we use the internet and for, because believe or not the internet can be a headache in your life or a benefit; it going to depend  on how you use and manage  it.

Unit 6 - Spiritual Renewal All around the world we can find many people that practice different ritual. We have different religions and each person go to their favorite or just the one they feel comfortable with. In this unit, called “spiritual renewal” we analyzed  the different rituals that some people practice. The one that call my attention the most was “fasting” which is a practice made in different religions. Fasting is when someone decided to stop eating for a specific time with a purpose. Most of the reasons are spirituals. I think this is a beautiful practice that people decide to do. I have never done it but it I could I would. I really like the spiritual practice, it just get ourselves more relax, and algo help us to get closer to God. I think everybody should have their own spiritual practice  in order to get closer to each of us. It is amazing when many people from an specific church get together to create an spiritual environment.
