Unit 3. The Bold and the Bashful

being shy is the feeling of apprehension, lack of comfort, or awkwardness especially when a person is around other people. In my personal opinion shyness is no good on some occasions, let say that you are looking for a job assisting customer, cause of you are shy you won't be able to help the cust.
