why being honest can save you dislikes?

Dishonesty forces people to be unhappy in order to avoid telling the truth. Being honest helps base decisions on facts rather than having to base decisions on all the previous times you were dishonest.

 According to relationship expert John Gottman, trust is found to be one of the leading issues among couples. Our ability to depend on our closest social partners and circles makes us feel secure, comforted and loved. Such essential supportive mechanisms can propel individuals into further success, health, and happiness.

to prove why being honest can save you dislike I'm going to share this history about how a man decides to be honest and at the same time save dislikes.
in 2009 I was in a marriage I no longer felt a part of. Life evolved into an emotionless routine. So one day during a “Heart to Heart” conversation I told my Ex I hadn’t loved her for some time and I wanted a divorce. The outcome was challenging financially and I would incur the same expense again if faced with the same conversation. Honesty was the right decision versus being dishonest and remaining in an unbearable relationship. Because I was honest, I’m much happier now and embrace my new life.

An honest conversation is more pleasant and intimate, creates a truthful exchange, promotes fulfilling relationships and provides feelings of tranquility. Sometimes it might be very difficult, to be honest, but remember that having the courage now prevents dishonesty and save you from dislikes.

The Internet and the other addiction

The internet addiction.       Fist of all, for me the internet is a new technology that has impacted the world and provided many benefits of its users. At the same time internet has had a negative impacts, some people are becoming preoccupied with the internet, are incapable to control their use. The internet has becoming a incontrolable addiction it can damage your family, work and you relationship. Some people think that internet addiction it isn’t real but for me it’s,  I often see how the families are destroyed due to this addiction because the husband is passing hours seeing pornography or the wife chat-room lovers,  also, people are loosing their life savings on gambling web sites online. In my opinion we needs to be careful in how we use the internet and for, because believe or not the internet can be a headache in your life or a benefit; it going to depend  on how you use and manage  it.

Unit 6 - Spiritual Renewal All around the world we can find many people that practice different ritual. We have different religions and each person go to their favorite or just the one they feel comfortable with. In this unit, called “spiritual renewal” we analyzed  the different rituals that some people practice. The one that call my attention the most was “fasting” which is a practice made in different religions. Fasting is when someone decided to stop eating for a specific time with a purpose. Most of the reasons are spirituals. I think this is a beautiful practice that people decide to do. I have never done it but it I could I would. I really like the spiritual practice, it just get ourselves more relax, and algo help us to get closer to God. I think everybody should have their own spiritual practice  in order to get closer to each of us. It is amazing when many people from an specific church get together to create an spiritual environment.
